WE3 Takes Home Two Engineering-News Record Awards
Each year, Engineering News-Record (ENR) assembles a group of judges, with varying specialties and expertise in the construction industry, to review, score, and form a panel to determine Best Projects winners for different regions across the United States. Judges independently review entries, score each on pre-specified criteria, and convene with fellow judges to vote. Together, the judges’ panels select honorees for Best Project and Merit awards.
We are pleased to share news that our recently completed WE3 at Water's Edge has won a 2021 Best Projects Award in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category (California Region) as well as an Award of Merit for Safety.
WE3 has also been shortlisted for Project of the Year and is, too, in the running for ENR's National Best of The Best Awards. The former will be announced on October 13th at an awards ceremony to be held in Downtown LA.
Many thanks to our architectural team and our construction and development partners—including Mc Carthy Construction, Marshall Development, Rockwood Capital, and GIC—each of whom was critical in bringing this ambitious project to fruition.
