Taylor Beach House Renovation Revealed

We are excited to announce the completion of renovations on the Taylor Beach House, a 1977 home originally designed by noted California modernist Jerrold E. Lomax, FAIA (1927-2014). Located along the Malibu coast, the beachside gem is well-appointed with 5,000 square feet of modern living space, 50 feet of ocean frontage, and unobstructed views of the water from each of its floors.

Our renovation focused on using advances in material technology to enhance the original modernist expressions set out by Lomax more than 40 years earlier.
